Shipping & Delivery to UK

Delivery within the UK is by Royal Mail Standard 1st Class. The delivery charge for this service is a flat rate of £2.00.

Shipping to other destinations:

Overseas delivery options and prices can be quoted in your Shopping Cart and you must select a shipping option in the Checkout.

For international shipping we strongly recommend that you select a "Signed For" option such as "Airsure" or "International Signed For". This will enable us to trace any packages that are lost in transit. Unfortunately, if a "Signed For" option is not selected, we cannot be held responsible for the item after it has been dispatched - WE REGRET WE ARE UNABLE TO REPLACE ORDERS LOST IN TRANSIT IF STANDARD AIRMAIL IS CHOSEN AS THE SHIPPING OPTION. Please note that delivery times for Standard Royal Mail Airmail to Europe is normally 3-6 days but can take as long as 20 days.

We normally ship your order within one working day of you placing it and cleared payment being received.

PLEASE READ - Royal Mail Special Delivery® Next Day

Please note: using the Royal Mail Special Delivery® Next Day shipping option does not guarantee you will receive your order the next day (although we will always do our best to achieve this) - this is a shipping option, and we require at least 24 hours to prepare and dispatch your goods. Orders placed for "Royal Mail Special Delivery® Next Day" will normally be dispatched within one working day, so delivery will take place the next working day (excluding Saturdays). Orders placed for "Royal Mail Special Delivery® Next Day" on a Friday after 12.00 noon may not be dispatched until Monday with delivery on the Tuesday. If we are unable to met this schedule for any reason, we will contact you as soon as possible with an updated delivery schedule. All orders are dispatched in secure protective packaging.

By using PayPal secure checkout services, ENjuice will never see, store or have access to any of your credit or debit card details or other personal financial information.

All pages of the website requiring input of personal data including names, addresses, telephone numbers, usernames, passwords, account details, orders and checkout payments are secured using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption provided and certified by EQUIFAX. The SSL certificate can be seen by clicking on the padlock icon (visible when you are on a secure page) in the web browser window. This means that any information you submit will be encrypted. Our server files where your contact information is stored are UK based and we only use secure encrypted access to them.

From time to time, information may be placed on your computer to allow us to identify you. This information is commonly known as “cookies”. By showing how and when our visitors use this site, this information can help us to continue to improve our site. The use of cookies is an industry standard and many web sites use them. Cookies are stored on your computer and not on this site. Returns, Exchanges & Replacements

We regret, for safety reasons, that we are unable to exchange liquids after they have been dispatched. If your order is incorrect when it arrives, please let us know by email within seven days and we will send do our utmost to remedy the situation as soon as possible.

Ordering and Payment

Simply browse through our product categories, and add items to your Cart as required. When you have finished shopping click on "Checkout". You will be taken to a secure page where you can either create an account, or sign in to an existing account. You will then be able to complete our simple checkout process, with shipping options. Finally you will be directed to the secure PayPal website with the option to pay by credit or debit card, or using your PayPal Account if you have one. You do not need to have a PayPal account to shop with us. You will receive an email from PayPal confirming if your payment has been successful.

In keeping with our policy of not knowingly supplying any product to persons under the age of eighteen, we regret that we are unable to accept payment by cash or cheque. Orders will only be accepted when payment is processed through PayPal.

Pricing & Promotions

All the prices on our website are kept up to date. We may occasionally offer special prices and promotions, and will notify you of these if you have signed up for our Newsletter. You may also find details of discount coupon codes that we promote on other sites. We reserve the right to extend, limit, modify or withdraw promotions without notice.

Viewing Orders

When you place an order you will receive an automated email confirmation. This is notice that we have received your order and will process it as soon as possible (normally within 24 hours). You will receive another email confirming it has been dispatched. You can view the progress of your orders at any time by logging into your account

Updating Account Information

To change any of your account information or personal details, simply log into your account and you will be taken to a secure area of our website. From here you can update contact details and preferences.
